Vinegar rocks.

Helps with bruises and insect bites. And what not.

* Mould - Use pure vinegar and spray it on. If you want to keep mould from growing, use a diluted vinegar and spray it on a regular basis.

* If you have rooms that have too much moisture an are prone to mould and mildew, leave out bowls of clean kitty litter. It will soak up the exess moisture. If you have cats, put said bowls out of reach. :P

* To get rid of grime in your tub/sink, cut a lemon half, sprinkle salt on it, and it's a natural abrasive. Scrub with the salted lemon and then rinse clean.

* Window Cleaner - 1/3 tsp liquid castile or other liquid vegetable based soap, 3 tbsp cider vinegar or white vinegar, 2 cups water Mix in a spritzer bottle.

That's all I can think of at the moment. I'll be back tomorrow with more.

Try coke (soda) its excellent for coins, also my doc said if you're throwing up and cant keep water down, get half a glass of coke and put some sugar in to make it go flat, its extremely close to the acidity of stomach acid so more likely to be accepted.

A weak solution of chlorine bleach in a spray bottle makes an excellent deoderiser and sanitiser for the bathroom.  Just be careful about spraying it on metal fittings, since it's quite corrosive.

If it reaches the toilet bowl, the reaction between urine and chlorine bleach makes sure that it will smell very nasty.

For tough stains in a toilet, give it a quick scrub to start loosening up the grime, pour in a can of coke and let it sit for awhile. It will eat away at the residue and then you can scrub it clean.

My non gun cleaning friend called in a panic one night because he couldn't work the action on his CETME. It turned out that he had taken it to the Nevada desert and fired circa 1950s corrosive ammo in it and had failed to do the proper hot water cleaning afterwards. In cases like this it is possible that the bolt is frozen in place but more likely it's the operating rod because the propellant comes in direct contact @ high pressure with the op rod and gas tube. I have seen this with the CETME and an AK and an SKS, everytime it was the op rod. An application of Kroil through the bolt carrier area and by the bleed port for the gas tube and op rod was performed. Thereafter I held the rifle firmly and my corpulent stepped on the cocking lever and we got the mf free. He still has not learned to clean his fucking guns!  :grrr:
