I have my left hand down my pants and my right hand on the mouse.  It might very well be that i'm a sick twisted mofo that this comforts me and i'm open to that explanation, but honestly, having 1 or both hands down my pants really relieves anxiety and relaxes me.  I am not touching myself, I just feel more at ease doing it.  When I go to sleep with pants on, I do this and I go to sleep much faster.

i always put a hand or two between my thighs when i've got them crossed and am in public.  very comforting.  realized recently it's not socially acceptable.  wish someone would hurry up and write an instruction manual to life.

currently i'm trying to decide whether to eat or not.  oxycontin shut down my gi system completely.  havent stooled since last wednesday.  also trying to stop whining.  would somebody please smite me every time i whine? thanks.
