You need a program that can record the video stream from the webcam. There's various free one's around. And then edit it using a video editor, like Windows Movie Maker

Yes, he's banned.  He has gone to some effort to try to get around his ban, even using his friend's account details to post until he got those accounts banned as well, however.

If you log out, you can see what is visible to guests and what isn't. Peaguy would have easily found this thread, especially because GA started it.
