Check out any legal article on what the authorities permit on the net, such as youtube, fora and personal sites, and they are targeting ALL types of porn, consenting or otherwise. They are the ones who have a problem, so take the issue up with them. Afterall, the internet is public domain. Also, don't believe everything you see about ages of contributors in these fora or even on any other adult site. Children have been known to lie about their ages to gain access, and all you need is an email account to create an ID.

TOS are TOS and my email to Odeon was exactly about that. I am happy for him to post the full content of my message to him, which is quite clear about my concerns about TOS. Had he allowed it continue, I would have thought it was irresponsible. Having worked in law issues and federal security issues, I know a little bit about how things are tracked.

Another thread where Lit discussed planning to bomb government authorities, I also made a comment about that what was written could be construed as being a planning of something and best to abandon the conversations.

My issues on morals are seperate, and although I am happy to debate them, you miss the context of why I alerted Odeon to this thread.

If I see something that I think could pick up on a scan as a threat to closing down the site, then I will take action.

As for my own ideas about what is right and wrong, I will debate them here, if I care to.

As for whether you can be bothered to read TOS or not...not anyone's problem. The site is pretty liberal, but if you want to relate explicit details about that topic, it's not going to happen here.
