I already took his ear and yanked him into chat last night. I found out that most of his ridiculous behavior stems from his youth and the fact that he still doesn't know how to get his spazzy ass under control. I can't really be mad at him for that because I was there once too, just in a different way.

I told him we were ok. :thumbup:
