My province, all below sealevel:

Have to have flood insurance?  I don't think I could depend on the pumps but then again in this age we all depend on some tech

40% of our country is below sealevel. Including the biggest cities. And the oldest polders (land needing constant draining) are from centuries ago. 14th century at least.
I guess it sounds dangerous to you,
But some people live in areas with high eartquake rates. Would seem very scary to me.
Others have dangerous snakes in their gardens.
I live below sealevel.
And feel safe enough.

JustGiveIn fooled me Reneaden. He knows a lot about the Netherlands, has been here more than once. He just acted to be like the stereotypical image we here have about Americans. And he did give a clue, with his Jan Jansen. But he fooled me brilliantly.

He fooled me too. I remember Shima not being 100% sure whether I lived in Sweden or Switzerland.

No a friend of mine took a few flying lessons years ago, but that was just an introduction to flying.

All we get were I am is bad weather I only live about 20 feet above sea level and the flooding right on the coast here can be very bad
