Oh, cultural enrichment again. Can they change a receipt from the mall in Iraq for a driver's license in the UK too?

In Sweden he would have gotten 1 year. An ethnic Swede would have gotten 1½ year.

Won't stop him. Though it's a hard punishment. People who purposely murder people in Sweden usually don't do 8 years.

People who deliberately murder someone in the US usually get a lot more prison time than just 8 years.

Hussain was very drunk and he had been driving recklessly for some time and had been driving at speeds of up to 120 miles per hour before he collided with the back of the Proctor's car. 

Also, he was masturbating instead of paying attention to his driving.

He probably would have gotten an even harsher sentence here.

I think he should never drive again and if he does when he gets out he should be thrown back in jail for twenty years
