No I didn't, is it online anywhere?

I can't find it - saw the report on it on the news a few years ago. Seems true in the less challenging areas.

According to a pretty gross criminal whom I knew for a short while, they're much better than the Swedish police. The Swedish police is cowardly against real criminals but "brave" against the local winos and kids with tuned up mopeds.  ::)
