I've just returned to Australia from North America, the land of ridiculously-overcomplicated consumer choice. Green tea extract in yogurt? Why, in heaven's name? I like yogurt in my yogurt, and maybe a bit of fruit. If I want the tea, I'll brew some myself. :duh:

Wecome back, SleepyDragon.

I have never seen green tea yogurt, but I have seen green tea ice cream.  It's one of my daughter's favorites.

I'm a tad bit jetlagged. Usually I'm better after westbound travel, but not this time.

Australia has saltines, but I prefer Sao crackers, or those multigrain crackers with flaxseed & sesame, because I can never get the Premiums (saltines) to break on the score lines like they are supposed to. * grumbles *

Thanks Callaway. :) I suppose there's nothing wrong in principle with adding green-tea extract to yogurt because of its supposed magikal antioxidant properties, but to me it says "Desperate grab for health-conscious consumer dollar."

LOL, last year they tried introducing biscuits with tea in them. Green tea and Earl Grey. Did not take long before they were all on a discount. And they have never returned. If I want tea in my biscuits, I will soak them. Not buy them enriched with grinded tealeaves.

Getting groceries here in the village is not that bad. I can race to and from the supermarket getting my stuff in 10 minutes.

And I just love buying bread at the bakery. No need to pretend to be different than I am. I am welcome there in a bad mood, or radiant. As long as I can deal with the same moodshifts of the shopkeeper. And we love unsetling other customers. In my most dark years here, the bakery was my daily trip into sanity and fun.

Shopping for clothes, that is something I really hate.

Shopping for shoes is even worse.

I hate being in grocery stores and shopping areas in general. Mainly because of the crowds, the lines and also bump I encounter people I don't want to see ever again  >:(

LMFAO!!!!  Browsing through I just knew that Randy would be posting in here! You love being in grocery stores Randy, don't ya??? The one's that will not have you arrested for patronizing their establishment anyways! Hahahahahahaha! I think I peed myself! And YES Randy, women DO care when a stranger is eyeballing them no matter where.

Did not this Randy fellow's mum ever taught him never to look at strangers? My mother certainly taught me that and she in generally wasn't the greatest out there.
