What ever happened to EP?

Second kid on the way, moving house, hectic life, and then dropping of the radar.
Hope he'll be back one day.

It is far better for people to hate you for doing the right thing than for people to love you for doing the wrong thing. Never ever forget that.

My lower back popped it felt good
Is it popping on its own, or a habit done on purpose?

I do it on purpose it feels good.
Used to pop neck and back a lot when younger. Interesting in remembering the feel of stiffness and of a need to do it. Assume the need was related to doing it because once stopping, the feeling of need to pop went away.
