I thought the problems were in the sites back end, It did say go the cPanel to correct it .

Did they crash the site?

BAD Hosts!

We had a spammer slip through the protection afforded by the latest version of te platform we downloaded direct from them and in return they made a series of threats and demands all whilst keeping our hosting down for two days.....but we are up again and it is highly unlikely to happen again.

Censoring/banning/restricting/moderating myself, Calanadale & Scrapheap were all not his finest moments.

in the glitches section PPK said it was on the fritz. were those glitches a part of the spammer?

I am asking cause you said when I left it screwed up the site. But if it was the spammer, then I could not feel so bad about it.
