Well I could not be much fitter. I have my dinner of turkey on top a bed of raw kale. Brown rice and sweet peas, and a side of broccli and french green beans. For dessert I have a pear. I had some nuts too. All whole food with no salt or sugar added. I pedaled for 6miles to walmart today.

hmmmm  i wouldn't want to change anything that i've done cos its made me what i am today, but if i had the choice to change to a different path in life i would. lets see i would probably want to do something more creative like costume making on a commercial level, maybe for stage, cos i already make my own for parades and balls and stuff

A thousand humble apologies, madam, for the rather, how should i put this? Shall we say.... forward nature of my sidekick. He's a bit rough around the edges due to being from a bygone era. I havent been, either. AFAIK, Duncvis is keeping it to himself (who done it) until he get's to the bottom of why (for the interest of anomynity i've changed his name) MrJ done the DOS attack. last book i read hmmm, i'll go for the last new one i read which was 'the blood cantecle' (sp) by anne rice, not a new release but new to me and it was a good book, not as good as some of her others but good none the less, the last book i actually read was one i've had for ages called 'prosperos children' about atlantis and the continuation of the 'gifts' that they had through history which is agood one and i read it quite often
