This guy's name is Jaakko, he's apparently from Finland, and he's a troll who labels his videos (which number in the thousands) as the Angry Video Game Nerd, and speaks an intelligible combination of Finnish and Bad English. Also, when he's talking directly into the camera around the 10 minute mark of this video, the camera is on its side, just like in that infamous picture of General Razorbeard's face. Oh, the video is a mirror with text commentary.
