I've been away... what time of day do we start the chat at nowadays?

I've not really been in a very chatting mood for a couple of weeks myself but I have been wondering whether or not we need to promote the regular chat night a bit more. Chat usually starts at 10pm UK time/2pm Pacific time/5pm East Coast time.
