Title: Ask me stuffs.
Post by: lilia on September 02, 2006, 06:29:24 PM
I've been lurking about since my registration and just noticed my 30 days of safety ended a bit ago.

Soo... ask me stuffs.  I'm not very entertaining normally, but I will answer.

do you think intensity is: a haven for bullies, or pretty laidback really? or something else?

From what I've seen its fairly laid-back.  There's the occasional post just for shock value, but nothing all that out there or cruel.

yeah, thats what I figure. this place to me is more like a pub than a gladiatorial arena, which is what makes all this drama so funny.

what sort of music do you like?

Title: Re: Ask me stuffs.
Post by: duncvis on September 02, 2006, 06:48:44 PM
how is the weather?

Quiet right now, though I believe a tornado hit my campus the other day while I was in Calculus.

I could see large chunks of tree flying past out the window as we sat in the dark.  My professor never even flinched.  Lecture continued without a pause.

lol, maybe your professor is an aspie.

what sort of music do you like?

I like a fairly wide range of things.  Just a short listing:

Led Zeppelin, Steve Miller Band, Autamata, Lovage, KRS-ONE, Ella Fitzgerald, My Life With the Thrill Kill Kult, KMFDM, Modeski Martin and Wood.

cool, I like people with broad taste in music. KMFDM are good. 8)

Have you somehow managed to miss me plugging my mixes all over the boards? If so, would you like a link?  ;D

You mentioned earlier that you are sensitive to criticism.  Is that because someone you know has been very critical toward you?

It can vary between both and neither.  I can objectively find someone physically attractive, but it normally doesn't incite lust.  My lust normally stems from really strange things like accents.  I have a very strong accent fetish.

beware all the brittish guys uploading their voice and posting it for you.

how do you masturbate?

I notice Infected Mushroom in your signature.  I have several things in my Techno folder that are listed as Infected Mushroom (Mix), but I don't know if that is who it really is.  I especially like the song called "Gamma Goblins".  Is that Infected Mushroom or a mix done by someone else?

Gamma Goblins is by Hallucinogen, on the Asnesnothine album. Its a good un. :)

Have you visited last.fm (http://www.last.fm)?

Its addictive. You download a plugin for your audio player, and it compiles your own personal charts and stats from what you listen to.
Title: Re: Ask me stuffs.
Post by: duncvis on September 02, 2006, 07:28:08 PM
I can too, but not loudly enough.  ;D As far as I know, with some audio players you can load the play data from your iPod and it queues in on the plugin to submit to the stat engine, so you can include those tracks also.  8)

Title: Re: Ask me stuffs.
Post by: Teejay on September 02, 2006, 11:30:29 PM

I think it's mostly because I have a huge issue with confrontation / being confrontational.  I tend to feel like criticism is a direct attack on my person, and it makes me shrink away in the same way that I do when I'm confronted about something.

My self-esteem tends to be rather low because I don't find myself physically attractive, which in turn makes me feel somehow worthless as a person.  I'd love to be rid of that, but I'm afraid it seems to take more effort than just telling my mirror that I'm a wonderful person. :p

Aevalone I feel much the same way about confrontation / being confrontational IRL I avoid it as much as I can. My self-esteem is low for various reasons, I used to be slightly overweight and felt fat because of it and because my life circumstances right now is not exactly great, they are getting gradually better but still.

More than likely, yes.  We had an interesting history during the Civil War as the Mason-Dixon line runs almost exactly through the center of the state.  We apparently fought on both sides, depending on the residents location within the state.

West Virginia succeeded from Virgina during the Civil War because the counties which made up it supported the Union generally while the counties which remained in Virgina supported the rebs. Not a lot of plantations or slaves in counties which became West Virgina, support for the union or the rebs was determined by the amount of slave owners in a particular area, there were places in states like Maryland, Missouri, Southern Indiana and Illinois which strongly supported the confederacy, while the mountain areas of Virgina, The Carolinas, Kentucky and Tennessee supported the Union.

i will tell you about the buttons at the bottom of the page:

1.) i think its a blue circle next to who is online; click it and you can see what people are up to.  many people are addicted to this function.

2.)  above that is my addiction, the stats button.  seeing as how you enjoy math and numbers, i assume you will also.

3.) above that is the members list; click it to see a complete list of I²* members.

4.)  above that is the calender button.  i havent found much use for that, yet!
         note:  its gone

* in order to get the squared symbol (*)  Hold down the ALT button while you type the numbers 0178.
in otherwords, ALT(0178)

I don't really rule out a relationship with anyone (assuming they are of legal age - I don't want to go to prison).  It's hard enough in life to meet someone compatible, especially with all the quirks and social issues I have that I am open to attempting a relationship with anyone who seems interesting to me.  At times, I have a fairly strong need to feel close to someone - at others, I want to be left completely alone.  It's hard to find someone who can accept both of those without feeling either overwhelmed or neglected.

Excellent answer- I think too many people go through life hung up about what's the 'correct' thing to do, especially when it comes to sex and/or relationships.  :)

The calender button is at the top of the page (at least it is on the default theme I use)- there did used to be a calender thing at the bottom, I'm wondering if it only shows up when there's a upcoming event. ???

why don't you ask jizz to do that for you in his ask me thread.  its called; poke my brains a bit.

for your new thread title.  there are two ways you can go about it:

1.) take my idea of: Stuff my stuufs, i'll respond!

2.) create some publicity for your ask me thread and start a thread asking for ideas.

number two is probably the best way, because then you will make several members aware of your thread.  and that's the point of the controversial title.

now the question is:

what board would you start such a thread?

I'm not sure.  If there were a board for Attention Whoring, I'd use that one - probably exclusively.  This was the closest board I could find to that.  ;)

Maybe eventually I'll ask for a voice clip.  Or I'll just set-up a voice chat for people to randomly use and then I can mute myself and listen contentedly.  There has to be a ton of accents around here.  Deep voice, melodious accents = melt.

can you please describe what you would do when you put yourself on mute?

My having a fairly nonexistant pain threshhold tends to scare them, from what I can tell.  I think there's supposed to be a point where things stop, but I can't figure out where the line is and it gets confusing.

What's the furthest you've pushed it?

the tie up, leather mask, ball gag crap.  Control is so much more intense when it's accomplished through personality only.

I agree - the tie up, leather mask, ball gag crap is the refuge of idiots with no imagination or understanding. A waste of energy.

At what point would you call personality control abuse?

I've been made to bleed, though I prefer no open wounds just due to the whole danger of HIV, etc.  Bruises/marks that last for a week or so aren't uncommon for me, though most of the people I've been with are afraid of hurting me.

Why haven't you tried to find someone who isn't afraid? Or have you?

think we should all establish a time (within the next week or so), and have a drunken chat conversation, with several members of I² participating.

shots every ten minutes and a cold beer always in hand (or wine).

we can name a designated log saver, who will post the declining results of the entire session.  that way, the next day, we can all use the blushing emoticon, frequently.

and, we should remember that this is Intensity².  so no holds barred.

also, clothing is optional.

who would be interested in this?

perhaps next sunday between 10pm and midnight british time.

that means i would be drinking by about two in the afternoon.

next sunday sept 18.  would you be interested?

What size is the exposed part of your clitoris?  What's your vaginal depth?  Which protrude the most?  Your labia minora or labia majora?

Exposed part, about the size of a pencil eraser.

Vaginal depth, fits up to 8 inches comfortable without deep thrusting, but after that it hits my cervix and hurts like all hell.

And neither seem to protrude most.  They are fairly small / open.

Or was this question meant to be sarcastic because of what I said to McJ?  I don't read sarcasm well.   :-\

It was inspired by your comment to McJ, but I was interested too.

What would your ideal cock size be then?  And what length:width ratio do you prefer?

I don't know.  I guess it's that I'm not sure where the line is between needing companionship and just wanting it.  I want to feel independant, but I don't.
I see

Does having a companion scare You?

Sometimes, yeah.  I either obsess completely about the person, or I get tired of them.  I seem to have no middle ground. :(
I see.

Have tried to find middle ground?

It most likely  a AS thing then.

That I seem to have this stupid need for companionship.  I don't want to feel the need to be with another person, but I do.  It makes me feel weak.

Just masturbate to porn. The feeling of wanting someone will go away, then.

That's what I usually do.

Yes, we're very close.  He understands me, most people don't.

The concept of proud is weird to me, though.  We respect each other, but we're also both very personal people.

I hope that you and your son do well in life. Not bullshitting here.
