So what do you all think?
I feel all the infighting between Obama and Clinton has just handed the whole thing to John Mccain and another 4 years of republican rule. Neither has a chance now. If they could have teamed up earlier it would have been easy for them but they both seem to have too big of egos for that. Now the worry is who is to be Mccains VP as I believe he will die in office. Let's just hope it's not some conservative asshole.
-
I disagree, I think the whole soap opera bullshit that's going on with the election has gotten a lot of people who aren't normally interested in it, very interested. Thus, they will go out and vote.... although, saying that, I don't know if I believe it.
We're fucked regardless.
-
We're fucked regardless.
Aren't we always  I feel this time they would use lube though :zombiefuck:
-
If john Mccain become President I will start making plans to leave this country.. That will be the final nail in the coffin for America, it will truely prove to me that there really is no hope for America.

I wonder which of them are skull and bones members.

Although, probably a bit too cold for Amy. She's not big on winter weather.
-
We went there on our honey moon for a week. My Amy likes the cold and we have thought of moving there in the past
-
It looks fab.

there's no trees! :yikes:
and the houses are a bit horrible, i thought. soz.
-
But there's water. :)
-
true. but it's not enough for me, i'm afraid - i want a nice house and trees as well. and a garden, so those slopey bits are out - i don't fancy terrace farming, ta.
-
There are some nice houses in that pic. What I don't like is that they are so close to each other. I don't really want neighbours.
-
Trees aren't right on the water up there it can be harsh with the wind off the water

don't worry - i'll keep any neighbours away from you. i have ways and means, you know... :witch1:
;)
-
I'm careful to always avoid them. There's not a neighbour in sight here. ;D
I like the house with the Canadian flag on top, btw. looks like a nice place.

The talking heads of this country have too much influence over the election. It's as if we're not voting for the actual candidates, but mere caricatures of them. Seriously, did anyone think before this primary that Hillary Clinton is one who represents the blue collar bloc? The media and bloggers has turned the whole election process into who can make up the best one-liner retorts, which is total bullshit.
-
It's the MTV generation, with attention spans reaching ten seconds if you're lucky. Be happy while they still reply in complete sentences.

millions think that because they have been told to think that and not just about her, the whole democrap party millions believe is for the working class. Todays dems are limousine liberals who pander to almost any subgroup for votes. they have absolutely no morals at all and will do anything to try and get power because the last thing they want to do is not be somebody important and have to work themselves.

LOUISVILLE, Ky. - Barack Obama stepped to the brink of victory in the Democratic presidential race Tuesday night despite a lopsided loss in the Kentucky primary, moving within 100 delegates of the total needed to claim the prize at the party convention this summer.

Clinton, the one-time front-runner in the race, said she was in it still.
Getting ugly

This is good news for John McCain, another 4 years of the Bush presidency are ahead.

It would be nice if the Democrats won but they aren't making it any easier for themselves.

Yes Clinton and Obama are seeing who has the bigger dick while McCain coasts along
-
McCain just did not have any competition with Huckabee (preacher who is even more conservative in most respects). Obama and Clinton are just slagging it out, as politicians tend to do when there is an actual competition going on. Obama should win, but I doubt he will do great against McCain as there might be even more dirt that can be dug up to make him look like even more of a tool. His preacher basically ruined it for him. McCain is kinda liberal for a republican, other than his stance on the war. It is so bad that he wants to stay until the US actually makes progress towards fixing the situation temporarily. We should just leave it to the Brits omg... since they were responsible for forming Iraq after the Mandate of Mesopotamia in the first place lol. I like that Obama has no timeline and no actual plans when he is asked about what he wants to do with Iraq. All he has is little catchphrases that hint at change, but offer no real strategy or ideas.

this requires a response?

>:D

What is his catchphrase? ???

Does it even matter? Democrats and republicans are pretty much two sides of the same coin. They both represent just zionism and the ultra-rich and don't give a damn about the rest of the world. It's like choosing between Tweedledee and Tweedledum.
The only candidate I respected was Ron Paul. Unlike all others, he was not just a puppet of zionism and big industry. With him out of the picture, the result of the elections is pretty much irrelevant.

He's the one who thought the Civil War was unnecessary since they could just have bought the slaves and freed them, right? Yes, he would have been fucking hilarious, more fun than Dan Quayle and George W Bush combined.

I'm not sure about Paul's views on the Civil War, although I do agree it was unnecessary. The issue of slavery was only a side issue during that war, by the way. The main issue was really that of confederalism vs. federalism.
Besides that, Paul was the only candidate who represented the spirit of your founding fathers and who objected to the New World Order. He was the only candidate who wasn't a pawn of big business. He may not have been the most competent candidate imaginable (and I'm sure the American media did anything it could to ridicule and marginalise him) but he was the only candidate worth voting for.
-
*My* founding fathers? Don't think so.
As for Paul, he did most of the work himself.
-
Oh, wrong one. ;D :trump:
-
Wow, IlluSionS667, nearly forgot about him. Encountered him on AFF, long long time ago.

He was here for just over a month.

That was long enough to leave an impression.
The Belgian representation on this forum was remarkable.
