Have anyone of you ever misheard lyrics as something really silly:

There is this one song from the 80s I don;t know the name of it, but the main chorus goes like it:


"Well I am still having fun with all the people"

I misheard as:

"Well I am still having fun with all my meatballs"

The classic misheard set of lyrics is from Jimi Hendrix's "Purple Haze".  It was pointed out by Dave Barry in his "Book of Bad Songs".

The actual line is:

"Scuse me, while I kiss the sky"

It sounds like:

"Scuse me while I kiss this GUY"   :laugh:

I misheard it as:

"Big Pimpin spin the cheese"

Hate this song but whenever it played on the radio instead of:

"Everybody in the club gettin tipsy"

I heard:

"Everybody in the club gettin chips"
