An employee goofed up putting in the gas price before she closed up and people all went wild over it and all went there to filled their cars up. High gas prices drive people mad so I don't blame them.

Here, there would be a mad rush if someone set the price to $3.299/gallon.  That would work out at about 44p/litre, versus an average price of 104p/litre in this area.

oil sucks.

but yeah shell can afford it. if the employee didn't get into hot water i say go for it.

It's NOT Shell though, but the franchise.
Probably a pretty damn big hit, for them.

Still, of course I'd take advantage of it.
Ours is not to wonder why....
