Thanks.

Yep, 4 kids, 3 boys, 11, 10 and 5 and a new daughter, 6 weeks old.

The 2 older boys are DX'ed HFA, 5yo is DX'ed developmental delay, but its pretty obvious he is also HFA, and Im DX'ed AS.

One weird bunch we are, but we all understand each other quite well.

 :plus:

I think you will fit in with us just fine.

Thanks.

Well I was going to have a browse through all the posts before posting to get an idea what ppl are like. But seeing as you guys post like someone with an OCD on crack, I gave up.

Which I have to admit is something outside my comfort zone and therefore is new teritory for.

Things ppl should know about me:

1. I cant spell too good, so ignore it (it generally bothers me, I hate being a smart guy who cant spell)

2. Im not good at making lists cos I always forget where I was trying to go with these things.

I love being Maldoror's fuckwit who can spell. (Provides me with some amusement.)

I mean I could go look up a word in an online dictionary, but fuck that. I'd rather reword a sentence with words I know how to spell.

Its either laziness or like how looking up in a walkthrough for a video game is like cheating, I feel the same way about looking up words in a dictionary.

Its like a walkthrough for spelling.

But seeing as you guys post like someone with an OCD on crack, I gave up.

We don't all post like someone with an OCD on crack, do we?

After you make a total of ten posts, you will see more boards with even more posts.

Some people like to tease other people about spelling sometimes, but most of us know that a brilliant person can also be a bad speller.  My husband is one of them.

Would you like to join the Aspie Elite?

You will get a cool custom title and a Secret Decoder Ring.

What's AI?

My name isn't Phlexor, but AI is an abbreviation for Aspergian Island (http://www.aspergianisland.com/).

First, there was a forum callled Aspergia (http://www.aspergia.com/) which was started by a guy named Edan for people with AS.  It was kind of like a cross between Intensity and a support forum, but there were these whiners who wanted Edan to moderate the other members and they told him so all the time with these long complaining PMs.  Then Edan got fed up because he could no longer keep up with the demands on his time, so he closed Aspergia down.  Then members of Aspergia started their own boards like Aspergian Island, Aspies for Freedom, and WP.

Thank you. In fact, I think I would have been harder had they been NT. At least this way I know how they think and why they do what they do.

Also, they help me understand myself by me seeing them develop. But I think that's true for any parent child relationship perhaps.

I hardly have the inclination to procreate; I'm too selfish to ever become a doting parent.

Methinks I should consider a vasectomy in my twenties.

Heh, funny u should mention that. I'm suposed to be getting one of them cos we dont want any more kids than the ones we already have.

But sharp instuments near my meat and 2 veg scares the shit outta me, they're gonna have to knock me out, and then put on one of those plastic collars afterwards so I don't try to lick my wounds.

have you tried to get out of the cave in Lara without help? imPOSSIble. you have to jump a certain way. spend hours looking for the right way or get help. there's nothing wrong with asking for help. and dictionaries rule.

Hail Lord Phlexor!!  Glad to see you made it here!

As for a vasectomy, I had one done 14 years ago.  The Doctor was great, I was awake thru out the procedure and felt no pain during and after.  They gave me a shot of demerol 150mg 2 hours before and that was pretty effective.  I know how you feel about the thought, but, having sex without the risk is an awesome feeling! ;D

Yes well, I do use walkthroughs for games, but dont tell anyone. I mean I suck at games even when on easy, and also at the start. I have this ideal I should be good at them straight away. Plus its ideal for looking cool in front of your kids when you can show off or help them with hard bits right after you secretly consult the walkthrough  :green:

But today I got upset and got a migrane and cracked the shits cos I sucked at God of War II really early on, and that was even after consulting the walkthrough. I hate having to consult the walkthroughs very early on in a game, makes me feel big time stupid, sigh. Thats why I havent played much of Zelda Twilight Princess on the Wii, cos I have no fucking idea what Im ment to do in the Village at the start. I might have to cave in (get it, i used the word cave in a different context, sorta) and go cheat on the internets.

I guess you could say I have a problem with feeling stupid, like seriously, maybe I should get over it, if I knew how, maybe some of you can kick my arse over it time and time again and it might go away.

Yeah, after I got done and they wheeled me out to the recovery room.  I did so well with the prodecure, they put me next to a guy who was next in line for a vasectomy.  He wa REALLY nervous.  He calmed down a bit after I told him, that I felt no pain and that It felt great to get it done.  I was talking and joking with the nurses and the doctor, who was excellent btw.  Anyway, I didn't hear any screaming from the OR while I was there.  And, yes, I have seen the big manly dudes, go emo and stuff when they get into the hospital. ::)

As for control, just think of having the ultimate control, sex with NO worries, anytime, anyplace! :eyebrows:

Heh, funny u should mention that. I'm suposed to be getting one of them cos we dont want any more kids than the ones we already have.

But sharp instuments near my meat and 2 veg scares the shit outta me, they're gonna have to knock me out, and then put on one of those plastic collars afterwards so I don't try to lick my wounds.

You can reach?

Cool. Most guys can't.

I wonder how Ozy would look in that kinda sexy nurse outfit?  :evillaugh:

Well, at 6 feet tall and 150 pounds,  after I shaved my legs and put on the right makeup, wig and falsies.  I'd probably look pretty hot! :evillaugh:
