I think it is a lamprey eels mouth, or something like that.
Ive seen them shooped on the end of penises before.
Im not usually affected much by gory images and medical stuff - although i don't like watching operations and such-like on TV.
I don't know why, but that images creeps me out a bit.

It seems if it was real like the fingers would collapse in on themselves and not stay hollow.

Seen that pic of the lamprey mouths on the fingers plenty of times.   Always creeps me out.
