That being the case, who is the second largest??

In member numbers, AFF probably. Our posting rate has to be #2 though. We got the whores. :lol:

AFF's got 5000+ members. We have double their postcount, though. ;D

AFF has gone through some troubles recently and has a tendency to go down every so often. Which is regretttable, as it is a truly aspie/autistic site and I hope it stays around for a long time. But, when a site becomes "unreliable" for whatever reason. People will bolt to other sites. AspergianIsland is a major case in point. It used to be busy and productive, but when it went down a couple of years ago and there was a lot of acrimonious accusations of thisnthat. Many members left and never returned.
As for member count, I can't take that very seriously. Wp member count probably includes a lot of spambots, sockpuppets and banned members. And I can tell you for a fact that a lot of AI membership is spambots (mostly) neutralized and banned members and sockpuppets. If I had the time and patience I'd be getting rid of those, as I just don't feel good about keeping these superficial/artificial member counts as they are.

Thats because your a :dickhead: and can't see the forest for the trees. I'm not there anymore, as I don't like the NT bashing that goes on there and some similar issues. BUT, it's still the most honest and active site for real AS/autistic advocacy and many people I know and like have found a home there. It's the only forum I will TRUST my daughter to have a membership in!
Maybe, I have my philosophical differences with AFF, but, I'll defend it over any other place, including I2. If you have a problem with that, then you can insert your own dick up your own ass and enjoy yourself..........................................END OF STORY!

This was why I drifted away also. From early days onwards the lunatic fringe was too vocal for my taste, though I remeber we used to have a blast in #chatautism.

I realize a lot of it is angry frustrated venting. But, they have also lost a lot of members who joined it originally. Sometimes theres a fine line between venting and beating a dead horse. And of course there have been several who went way over the line by saying it's ok to "kill NT's" or to put all NT's into concentration camps because WE are superior. ::) And those people were never admonished or dealt with. I felt embarassed to be associated with that kind of talk.

AFF is Aspies For Freedom, it's a support forum based out of the UK. It seems to be fairly busy, but, how it compares to WP, I can't describe. I'v never been a regular member of WP and haven't been there for some time. I haven't been to AFF for almost a year.
