eww, cream. who said anything about cream? i make it with vodka, kahlua and nonfat milk. it's yum. i wonder if i could use soy milk... i've given up cow milk though i would still drink a white russian in a bar or even buy milk for it when i would make it at home but if i could substitute with soy milk that would be great. i love soy milk.
