I was watching an Ozzy Ozbourne concert on TV, and I am confused. On stage, The (unknown) guitarist, slim and good looking (around 30 years old?) topless with a muscular body. Ozzy himself (50 + years old) also topless, but with a horroble, saggy body. On bass "Geezer Butler" (as old as Ozzy), he has to wear a t-shirt, but it is clear through the fabric his body is just as un-appealing as Ozzy.
So I concluded - it is ok to go topless if you are good looking but obscure, or if you are not good looking, but a celebrity. But if you are neither celebrity or good looking, you may not. Would this be a correct social rule?

What do you mean by ok?
-
How do you know the bass player has to wear a t-shirt? Perhaps he chooses to.
-
Bass players are all weird anyhow.
-
No; the rule has to do with how good-looking you THINK you are. In this case, it probably also had to do with how much his body image was improved by some kind of intoxication. :P

Beer makes you fat.
-
Its worth it.
-
Maybe for you. Just keep your shirt on.
-
Oh, I intend to. Do I look like a German holidaymaker to you?
-
I can't see you. I'm too tired to project.
