Edited to add- it actually doesn't sound like a bad idea, its not like I'm going to care what happens to my body once I'm dead, might as well let someone get their rocks off.

Would it be possible to remove all the important organs first, minus the colon (ive never heard or anyone getting a colon transplant though), and then give the rest to necrophiliacs?
