Why are there more calories in Kelloggs Cornflakes than Frosties?
Not sure where looking, but seeing that as incorrect. US nutritional values for Kellogs Corn Flakes as 100 calories per 1 cup, and Kellogs Frosted Flakes as 111 per .75 cup.

It's the same written on the packets.

Same on the tesco.com website. Oddly, I was sure the calorie difference was higher than that. Still, doesn't make sense for them to be so similar, unless Cornflakes uses added sugar in the mixture and Frosties has all the added sugars on the outside.

Nah, I just think you need to add more sugar because you have crappy ingredients. :P
