The reviews say sugarfree gummybears have a laxative effect, and the company quit making the sugarfree version.

  I actually used to have a bit of a problem with sugar-free mints.  :-[

Sugarfree candies tend to have a high sugar alcohol content. Tried some sugarfree chocolate once; never again, very gassy.

  I found a less gassy brand of sugarfree mint, I must have fresh breath!  :2thumbsup:

After doing some research...Lycasin (Maltitol Syrup) seems to be the "magic" ingredient for anyone wondering.

Jack is right, Haribo stopped making these, but Albanese still does....
