The only useful thing I can think of to do with him is study him. Maybe a game could be devised that will gradually reveal the fucked up stuff in his mind.

I always thought this would be the best use for people like him, if they could find out what and how he is broken they could maybe figure out how to prevent it in the future.

HOWEVER: If it were up to me he would be exiled to a deserted island for the rest of his life.

Why would you want to erase an entire group of people, based on a religion, when it is a small group within that religion, using the religion for extremist actions? Had they not been able to use religion, those people would have used something else.
