1.) (NEW) Polls- basically this is the assembly area where we put it all together and vote on the choices. elections, ideas, policy, suggestions, course of action, as advocasy, etc... to whatever.

(NEW)nominations- for president, chancellor, pime minister, whatever the winner wants to be called for a month, while they recieve exclusive access to the hidden forums (we hide nothing in our pursuit of the truth) for the month then they leave office with a custom title of their choosing. elections take place in polls.
3.) anti haven since we are not enablers. almost anything goes in the market place of ideas where freedom reigns supreme.
4.) (NEW) [/u]guilty pleasures- go ahead we won't judge you, but you might make us lose our lunch. this is where we actually learn tolerance for diversity. actually, we feel that we may grow immune to being shocked in this revealing forum. ? ?

I caution always and such statements. I tend to take the middle ground during heated discussions, trying not to choose sides, so with that in mind, I say coffee has antioxidants in it. Moderate caffeine intake can increase metabolism by 10 percent. I would also agree with what you said, if you have problems with anxiety and nervousness, its best not to agravate them with coffee. Excess caffeine can cause diarreha and deplete calicum from your bones. I would say the number of receptors in the brain playes a big role as to how quickly caffeine can bother you. High number of receptors makes you sensitive, and I think that is me. It makes for addictive personality to, which is me. Diarreha occurs at 1000mg.
