Title: Bacon Numbers
Post by: bodie on December 30, 2012, 02:36:19 AM
Very silly thing to do if bored

Go to google,  type in the search box  'bacon number .....................'   then insert the name of a famous person.

For example

Bacon number keith chegwin

it then tells you how many degrees they are separated from kevin bacon

so keith chegwin's bacon number is 3 :zoinks: :zoinks: :zoinks:

THEY RECKON THAT EVERYONE IS CONNECTED TO KEVIN BACON BY NO MORE THAN SIX DEGREES!

silly google :zoinks:

At least he had the common sense to leave it in the packages.

I would have hated to see good bacon go to waste.

We often cook  :bacon:  in work, large numbers of strips at one time.

Common numbers of strips cooked at one time include 40, 80 160 and 180!

I avoid ordering bacon or things with bacon when out because it's usually overcooked.  The burnt crunch upsets my autistic senses.

I don't like overcooked bacon either. Or bacon fat.

Bacon fat is a great flavoring agent.  :bacon:  I often save it at work, to be used in clam chowder.
