We're in the middle of an extreme heatwave, and the nicest way for me to keep cool is with loads of ice-cream, sorbet, and lollies. Annoyingly, all of those things make me poop :zombiefuck:

I play football and work out, and get so warm and dehydrated that I am eating several sorbet lollies at a time. The results are genuinely explosive :poo:
