Some body better have some good insurance, and not the homeowners. Not a nice situation at all.

YUCK. We have had minor problems in the past when roots grew into the waste pipes going to the street and it is not fun

We have occasional problems with the sewer overflowing into the garden and probably under the house via the vents in the walls during particularly heavy downpours, but it never comes inside the house.
