I think that it's very interesting.

I know that most large corporations incorporate in Delaware because corporate laws are more favorable there than in the state where the company is actually physically based.  I didn't realize that Wyoming and Nevada also have favorable laws regarding corporations.  Apparently the laws in Wyoming favor small corporations more than large ones.

Wish my state had a friendly corporate environment I would let them use my house fro a small fee of course  :green:
