I'm pretty sure I'm still banned. but if I weren't, and did return, it'd probably only take me a post or two to be banned again.
BTW, McJ, did anything ever result from your "class action" thingy in May? Did Alex even reply?

i'm still banned, it seems. i am trying not to cry, obviously. is there anything actually worth getting excited about on there, though? last time i looked, it was mainly about a gazillion threads about christian aspies. looked like a right laugh... (not)... ::)

a lawyer said that there was a possibility of precedent, however given the entirety of the situation it would cost alot of money.

started isn't the problem.
niether is finishing.
however, due to the fact that his dad is a lawyer (and probably do it for free), he could tie it up in the courts for a very long time. and it would cost a boatload.
the lawyer did not give a specific number, but hinted at 4-6 hundred per hour for everything.
possiblly hundreds of hours.

oh, he'll live in his own shite, as such people do.
one can only do as much as one can, in such cases, and then the cost (financially, energetically, morally, whatever.) starts to outweigh the potential benefit, i reckon.
and there are more important things to expend energy on, than exposing alex's duplicity.

i know !! i try not to think of it, or i get really angry, and then frustrated, and then depressed, cos i can't do much about it...
so, best thing to do is to know when it's worth pursuing, and when to give up, otherwise you'll drive yourself mad with frustration. which is what i've done in alex's case. but then, i started that process a long time ago, since i was "working on it" for ages, before it all blew up.

lol. weeelll, i have several accounts. and i can't be arsed using any of them. WP holds no interest forme, at the mo, unless trav or someone told me there was something of interest on there.

I'd start by repeating what I said the last time around, that WP is a really, really bad daytime soap, and that all that's missing now is the obligatory brain tumour. That's all that it took the last time around. If you're to believe Alex, I was "trolling the board".
