From the Barracuda website (http://www.barracudanetworks.com/ns/products/web-filter-overview.php):
The Barracuda Web Filter is an integrated content filtering, application blocking and malware protection solution that is powerful, easy to use and affordable for businesses of all sizes. It enforces Internet usage policies by blocking access to Web sites and Internet applications that are not related to business,

You don't have login info for the firewall? I am the admin at my work, so I can make it block any site or make an exception just for me to access said site.
Barracuda makes commercial routers and firewalls, but I have no idea if they are difficult to hack. Cisco routers and firewalls, I do know about.

I wish I was the admin where I work, things would run a lot smother , but until then

Obviously the management of your place want you to keep up with the boring, drudgery that they've employed you for. So until you can get around their firewalls and their security, they have you by the short and curlies. :evillaugh:

Get some proxy servers, will be tricky since half of them are blocked though.
i2 was blocked at my college last year, along with ZOMG. Flickr too, which is a shame since it would've been handy for work.

I have used Flickr for work so clients could keep track of projects as they were competed why block that?

First off I am not actually employed by the organization where I work, we are sub-contracted out
With that said, people are paid to work, not to surf random non-business related sites
-
The government started blocking it as a sexual content site a few months ago, which is why I am on so little. Takes too long to really keep up on my iPhone.
They don't block Rush Limbaugh though. Go figure! :-\

I haven't accessed Intensity from uni, but I think that if they blocked Facebook there, the whole place would close down.
