ok everybody stop, i fucked up, big time looks like.  :asthing:

i am not butcoffee

i am matthe, gaspeite, happy funball, diamond keller etc

i have made a big mistake and it prolly will never get cleared up now. but i must try.

when i was confronted with this post in the hottest dude thread i did not know that there was a troll named buttcoffe.

Quote
Odeon. This guy is buttcoffee. Requesting ban.

i thought he was insulting me saying that i was diareha. i did not understand what he meant.

thinking that it was an insult, i did not know how to react. i thought that i would take on the name cause i thought it had a nice ring to it. and i thought rage was tring to prank on me. so i thought that by taking the insult as my name i would show him that he couldnt get my goat. i really thought that he thought that my posts were so bad that he wanted me banned. and i thought "he cant get me banned for making a dumb post, otherwise flo woulda been gone along time ago."

i had no idea who buttcoffee was till just now when i searched buttcoffee.

i am not buttcoffee. the ip should show that i am not him.

i do not know buttcoffee,

i can imagine that this is a lost cause tring to explain myself. i can only hope that the ip will show that im not him.

im sorry rage for the misunderstanding. i can see now how this all looks to you. but i swear to fucking god that i am not buttcoffee.

I AM NOT BUTTCOFFEE!!!!!!!      i beg you all please believe me

I ate the apple pie in Julian once and it was really good.  My husband used to live in Yuma, so Julian was pretty close.

I'm not sure, but I think that's the place where we got breakfast burritos and you're right, it was very good.

We went to the sand dunes west of Yuma and climbed them and there was a place where we bought dates.

It is so hot in the summertime, though.  I used to call it the armpit of hell.

yuma county is a piece of shit. i am boycotting their entire county. when i have to drive through there, i dont stop, no gas, no mr g's(which i used to enjoy), nada.

this is why...
http://www.phoenixnewtimes.com/content/printVersion/727529 (http://www.phoenixnewtimes.com/content/printVersion/727529)

yuma is using the constitution free zone and the borderpatrol's special powers to target american citizens who are not even crossing the border.

if you live within a 100 miles from a us border or costal waterway, these checkpoints can be put up in your neighborhood.

its not just about drugs callaway, they can seize papers and even copy the contents of your laptop hard drive without need for reasonable suspicion. most of these border patrol guys are uneducated and poorly trained. they do not have to follow the same rules as police do and they now have juristiction over 75% of the us population(aclu constitution free zone)

these stops are unconstitutional, intimidating, and poorly ran. when a county sheriffs department deputizes all of the border patrol, everybodys rights are thrown in the trash with the constitution.</rant>

Quote
Fact Sheet on U.S. "Constitution Free Zone"

Normally under the Fourth Amendment of the U.S. Constitution, the American people are not generally subject to random and arbitrary stops and searches.

The border, however, has always been an exception.  There, the longstanding view is that the normal rules do not apply.  For example the authorities do not need a warrant or probable cause to conduct a “routine search.”

But what is “the border”?  According to the government, it  is a 100-mile wide strip that wraps around the “external boundary” of the United States.

As a result of this claimed authority, individuals who are far away from the border, American citizens traveling from one place in America to another, are being stopped and harassed in ways that our Constitution does not permit.

Border Patrol has been setting up checkpoints inland — on highways in states such as California, Texas and Arizona, and at ferry terminals in Washington State. Typically, the agents ask drivers and passengers about their citizenship.  Unfortunately, our courts so far have permitted these kinds of checkpoints – legally speaking, they are “administrative” stops that are permitted only for the specific purpose of protecting the nation’s borders.  They cannot become general drug-search or other law enforcement efforts.

However, these stops by Border Patrol agents are not remaining confined to that border security purpose.  On the roads of California and elsewhere in the nation – places far removed from the actual border – agents are stopping, interrogating, and searching Americans on an everyday basis with absolutely no suspicion of wrongdoing.

The bottom line is that the extraordinary authorities that the government possesses at the border are spilling into regular American streets.

Since Border Patrol agents are doing drug busts in Yuma in their traffic stops to check for illegal aliens, then they have far exceeded their mandate and need to be stopped.  The problem is who will stop them?  I'm sure Yuma is very pleased with the influx of $ from all those marijuana fines.  Maybe one of the people busted could take it to the Supreme Court, but that would cost them much more than the fine.

one checkpoint, on one highway, in one direction(spot rd exit eastbound I-8)

from the numbers ive gathered hither and yonder, i estimate that this one neogestapo stop generates roughly 1-2 million $ annually for yuma, just from petty pot poss.
