My cat was keeping me company (I too am sitting in bed), but she has just gone off to do a perimeter check. Her job is to scream her lungs out if a neighbour's cat should come a-sniffing at the window. :o

Flo is sat on the stool she uses as a bed in my room next to my bed. I wanted to sit on it but nevermind, my special lickle princess is comfortable there :zoinks:

Neighbors two cats are snoozing on the front porch.
Sweetie is leisurely doing her morning house patrol & checking the storage totes I brought home from the dollar store. George is hiding behind the drapes & furniture waiting to launch a sneak attack on her.

Black and white furry neighbour was sleeping on the window sill when I walked past. He sleeps there a lot very cute cat.
Grey tabby furry neighbour was walking across the road when I walked down it before
Didn't see little black fluffy thing or Flo's unrelated sister :(

(Now, if the silly girl would leave off bringing live venomous snakes into the house, we'd think about recommissioning the cat flap. As it is, she has to pass a visual inspection on re-entry; she is capable of miaowing loudly with a bird clenched in her jaws.)
