It's not the Nazis making up the figures in Norway, though, it's the Norwegian authorities, who are more honest than the Swedish ones.

Since you didn't quote any sources, I had to google it. I found an interesting blog article (http://islamineurope.blogspot.com/2007/12/norway-rape-and-muslims-study-much.html) about the statistics. Here are the main conclusions (but do read the article, it is very interesting):
I find it hard to draw conclusions from this study due to lack of data. Additionally, I am neither a statistician nor a criminologist, and I think those are necessary qualifications when studying statistical criminal data. My main conclusions, though, are:
(1) There is no correlation country-wide between immigrants and rapes
(2) Northern Norway is overrepresented in rape statistics (up to twice the national average)
(3) Norway is much safer than Iceland
(4) In Oslo, ethnic Norwegians are underrepresented, both among rapists and rape victims
(5) In Oslo, asylum seekers are overrepresented among rapists
(6) In Oslo, immigrant women are much more likely to be victims of rape
I'd be very interested in a more detailed analysis.

The US propaganda was pretty funny, though most of it was incorrect.
In Europe people were banned from using their cars during most of WWII, even in countries not involved in the war. Exceptions were only made for high officials, doctors and such.

They just rationed gas here. My father still had ration booklets that belonged to his parents. My grandfather had a city car because he was the heath inspector so the didn't use all their gas ones
