Or just do what I do as of late, stare at it until it's done. :zoinks:

Im guessing "stare at it until its done" actually means , "procrastinate until Emma gets annoyed and chucks it in the oven"

Just eaten it. Not sure if it was 100% done, but it was warm so whatever :P

So, Soph, how was the :pizza: ? And is your house still standing?
-
Pizzas are only OK home cooked if you have a fan assisted oven. At the moment we dont. I doubt if we'd ever bother cooking our own anyway. We live close to such an awesome pizza restaraunt/takeway.

I also have an excellent pizza place in my neighborhood. Just what I need, more winter fat! :zoinks:

Fan + Oven

Don't they cancel each other out? :zoinks:

She means a convection oven, I believe.

I think Callaway's right, although I dont know the proper names for these things. Some ovens have a fan, others dont. If it doesnt have a fan, the pizza ends up soggy. If it has a fan, then the pizza can be nice and crispy.
Of course, Im a crap cook, so Im not really sure if Im talking sense.

I use a pizza stone which I preheat with the oven and my pizzas turns out fine.

To get the heat to the crust to crisp it, I always bake pizza's on a flat tray, and place the pizza on a wire cooling rack on the tray so the hot air gets up under the crust.

Little Caesars is close by and awesome. You walk in with $6 and walk out 2 mins later with a hot and tasty cheese or pepperoni pizza. Must have had stoners in mind when they came up with the concept.
