Even though Putin is a thug and criminal, he makes a pretty accurate analysis of Trump.

I wish there was a transcript. I would skim read a transcript and read the interesting bits in more detail.

On this, yeah, Putin says a lot of stuff that you'd expect Putin to say. But he gives some really good insight on the impact of globalization on the middle class in the US and Trumps ability to take advantage of a broad lack of satisfaction with the status quo.

You and I could see what was going to happen with globalization, and neither of us are rocket surgeons. Economists like Krugman were so far up themselves that they managed to convince themselves and others that it was a great plan.
