The moon is made of cheese, that's why it's yellow.  :orly:

Am I wrong to assume that a full moon 'here' is a full moon seen from every point all over the world? In the evening or night, without any clouds, I mean.

Well, tried to photograph the moon earlier this evening.. but again.. (wrong objective and I had no solid stand for this 'long' a opening time of the diaphragm).. too blurry, no good..

It pretty much looks exactly the same, only a slightly more golden tint. No point.

Fun fact: The moon isn't grey in colour, actually is more coal-black. What we're seeing even with our own eyes is an overexposed version of it.

The reason it looks so bright, is that the primary crustal rock, anthorosite, is dark in color, but highly reflective due to the fact that it's very high in plagioclase feldspar.

It looks a bit larger not much.  It's very bright here and the sky is cloudless so it's showing nice

Here up in Canada the moon looks smaller. Aparently around the equaror it apears bigger. I remeber seeing the sun and moon on dog the bounty hunter and Miami ink. HUGE. Maybe cause its the american sun that eats too much mcdonalds.
