From my experience with my daughter drawing on herself with felt tipped markers, I think it will probably wash out in a couple of baths.  Will Lily let you bathe her?

When I was little preschool age the back of our yard went to a stream and school property.  I was playing in the water as my sisters were not watching me as they were supposed to and two teen girls spray painted me all over I was excited and proud but my sisters were not   happy :zoinks:
