my last name was origionally burntsson or whatever the equivelent last name of benson is in sweedish. when my great grandfather came over on the boat, they just couldnt pronounce it at ellis island sooo they named me benson.

Richard - I don't know how I'd feel about black women. I find some attractive enough, I guess,
but usually the cultural differences are just too much for my taste. If I was half the slut I'd like to
be though, I would have no problem with it.

Cultural differences were not that great with either of the black women I've known. If I became involved with someone from the inner part of a large city, the cultural differences would be even more pronounced, whether the person was white or black.

Never was really friends with any black women. Had a couple as co-workers,
but my tastes in most activities are pretty rarefied. Knew a couple of black
guys who shared my interests, and one seemed pretty cool - the other was
way too much of a jerk, but he had been in the army, and I've noticed most
people become less well-mannered there. He definitely did grow up in the
inner city though. But, I've known a lot of people who did, and they seemed
not too bad for it. Depends on the neighborhood, I guess.

Figured as much. I just haven't met too many black women, who weren't from a
very different cultural background. I grew up in a small town where there was one
family, and then moved to Buffalo, which is pretty damned segregated. Now here,
there really aren't a lot at all. Not that I much meet anyone. But, in college, most of
the black girls were pretty heavily into sororities; which probably just wouldn't be my
style anyhow.
