I can not stand rap and most country too. :happypuke:
-
The Rolling Stones.
and eighties hard metal. not the hair bands.
-
Stones were OK until some time in the 70s, IMO. After that, a few songs here and there, but nothing exceptional.
How about Pink Floyd? Not the current incarnation but the one made famous by the Dark Side of the Moon, the Wall, etc?

i aslo dabble into the harder side of music, with such goodies as agnostic front, origin, dying fetus, and immortal
-
I love the band Porcupine Tree.
Also Soul Coughing, The Duhks, Dredg, and... :headbang: some bluegrass :flame:.
-
i like cyptopsy as well. none so vile is one of the best deathmetal albums ever made!
-
Chick rock, alternative and power metal are my biggies, though there are also some miscelleny artists like linkin park, eminem, and simon and garfunkel. My top three are probably Alanis, the barenaked ladies, and evanescense.
-
All sorts - punk/post-punk, a bit of metal, industrial, gothic rock, some indie rock/alternative rock, some dub, reggae and hip-hop, various types of electronica from ambient to EBM. I can't stand emo, chart RnB, most jazz, soft rock, garage, opera or squawky teen pop/boy bands. If you want an idea of my listening habits click the last.fm link in my signature. :headbang:

Listening to Nils Lofgren, "Black Books", as I write this. Astonishingly good.

You are one sick, twisted fuck!
I still listen to Jimi Hendrix everyday, but I like most music.
-
Classical (especially of the Classical and Romantic eras) generally. Popular music wise, I enjoy Thrash Metal and some Alt Rock Anthrax, Megadeth, Mastodon, Metallica (the pre-Load stuff), Pantera, Tool , Slayer, Smashing Pumpkins (a little).
I hate corporate manufactured pop music and that Emo crap with a passion :flame:
