At least you don't buy vacuums from the 1980's for .50 at an auction because you feel sorry for them.
Meet my new restoration project. :zoinks:

It looks a bit like the one I killed, because of sudden awful cramps, 16 years ago, in May. I dropped it, while I feared I started to get a miscarriage.

I wonder if any of my mother's late 60s/early 70s vacuum cleaners are still in the house. :apondering:

One of your daughter's high points in the week is when she accompanies you to your AA meetings. Poor baby.

i've rescued vacuums, furniture and other things because i felt sorry for them. i used to restore coffee makers and things like that and then donate them.

It's not working. I need some input from elsewhere. :tard:

No, not wasted at all. You made my day, making this beautiful picket fence. And the number of members is 555. Very pretty.

The other day I bought something in a shop and had to pay €5,55. Then I went back and bought a small bar of chocolate. I had to pay 55 cts. I joked and said I would be back for an item of 5 cts. But the lady did not get the joke.
:hahaha:

Oops. I thought it was a cow up and down. The collar indents almost mirror the eyes.

It's to confuse predators.
A cow can't be too careful during BBQ season. Because stampeding isn't that much fun when you have to do it too often in summer.

there is a whole series of kinder surprise that look like this. turn one way and something that could be recognized. turn the other way and it has eyes, but what is it? i put them all in our very large donation pile. maybe when it's less hot i will get one out and post a pic.
i must admit that i was very confused.
eyes bother me to begin with. human eyes are worst, but those could compete.

You realize you've becoming your Grandma Teenie when you have developed a morbid fascination for awful/tragic news.
Cue head shaking and "Jayzus, Mary and Joseph."

No, Grandma Teenie was about 5 foot 4 inches. Teenie was short for Ernestine. My other Grandmother was Minnie, short for Mildred. She was about 5 foot one.

Interesting spin-off thought. Since owls regurgitate their "leftovers" do they have assholes? If so, what do they use them for?

Honest?
Damn.
I need to watch that now, I never noticed.
Normally I notice stuff like that.

Yeah, from what I remember of the shots of the dinos' ... undercarriages ... there were no visible
openings. But maybe I missed it in the dark? I mean, you can only get so close before :dino:
