Real? Fake?

Newly done clip stemming from the original book/Project Blue Book I believe. It was reported as a hoax.
But cool.
Matilda O’Donnell MacElroy supposedly did the original interview in 1947, published a book about it in 2008. That was supposed to have been real.
Regardless of what you believe, it's an interesting read.

Thanks for the link I'll check it out. Yeah I kinda thought it was a fake interview just because it seems so perfect
-
But it's not perfect. If you meet an actual alien (or someone from our future), why not use proper lighting?

'Cause then all the flaws in your visual effects will become readily apparent. :zoinks:

Hey I didn't even really realise that.
'Cause stronger lighting makes the aliens ... irritable. :probe:

Inderdaad.
This was not an alien, but a highly evolved human. They are super sensitive. Kind of indigokids squared and beyond.

He could wear sunglasses and look really cool while explaining stuff.
-
The glasses hurt him too.
-
I guess he's just a sensitive soul.
-
Yes.

I thought that immediately about the lighting too, and the poor quality. His answers seemed too perfect to me too. And the mouth movement with speech was off.

Not sure who they were expecting to fool.

That's a really a narrow target audience.

I was expecting it to be an interview with Ridley Scott looking drunk and bored.

So a bog-standard Ridley Scott interview? :orly:
