What's with all these boards that REQUIRE you to step out of the shadows and show yourself?
That being said, I love the wallpaper.
-
have you met purposeful insanity yet?
the shadows you say.
well sorry to inform you that you will be exposed here.
welcome aboard and enjoy. feel free to speak your mind.
-
Thanks for the welcome. As soon as I determine what's on my mind, I'll try and get around to speaking it. ;D
-
is the avatar a picture of you?
-
It is now. I was fiddling with it a bit, trying a few different things.
-
i've got you now.
have you ever heard of the rule of three?
the idea is to get someone to post three times then they become comfortable and become a whore.
your hooked, nothing to do now but to enjoy the ride.
i always thought of you as an ass. being as how your other avatar was of a man in boots falling between some rocks and getting stuck. that picture was/is classic.
if the current avatar is you then eamonn and peter have some competition for don juan of intensity?.
-
Can't say I've heard that rule before, but I'll keep it in mind for future endeavours.
And yep, I am an ass. May as well clear that one up right away!
As for the other picture, that was me too- I was climbing a tree... FROM THE INSIDE!
-
how did you get out?
did someone have to pull you out by your bootstrap?
-
No, I just sorta... fell. Well kinda. It was a hollow tree, actually pretty easy to climb, because it was full of handholds and little holes to stick your feet in.
The only bad thing was that you can't really tell how high you are climbing until you get to the top, look out of the tree and suddenly get vertigo.
-
as a child we had this tree in my front yard that grew at about a 60 degrees angle.
one day i decided to shimmy up the tree and when i got fairly high i realized that it was too high for my taste. i panicked, and slide down that damn tree, completely wrecking my belly. you know like when you skid your knee. well i had that all the way from my lowere pectorals down slightly past my belly button.
-
Ouch... that must have hurt. Still, I'd consider that a lucky near miss!
-
your right.
the way i was straddling that tree, i could have gotten hurt 'down there'.
-
hullo sanity
-
i like your display pitures :) they are cool.
-
Welcome back.
