In one go, I have never taken more than 1 pill. If you mean in one day, maybe 5?
These days, if I don't collapse in the first hour or two I might take another half.
I don't abuse drugs.
I don't spend much money on drugs anymore. It used to be Es every weekend, but I got bored with the clubbing scene.
Nowadays I go to see specific bands or dj's/electronic artists. Depending on my monetary situation, who I'm with, who's playing... I might take some pills, acid, speed. It's hard to nail down a cost per-week. It could be nothing for a month then AU$500 for the next few weekend's supplies.
Last money I spent on drugs was AU$20 or $25 for a pill from a friend on nye, $70 for a quarter ounce of weed a day before, $20 for a drop of acid on boxing day-night. Finished the weed yesterday :'(
This was the holidays mind you, so a lot of party-time-excellent. I got a pill for my birthday on dec 28th as well.
Last holiday period I had ice, probably ~15 to 20 pills, a bag of speed, lots of weed, and was quite fucked up in the end.
The speed was to get me through work in between nights out. I don't know how my brain didn't melt down.

On me personally, stimulant (like speed, coffee), made me really chatty, enjoyed dancing really fast, couldn't sleep after; felt like my heart was trying to break out of my chest.

it tires me too, physically and mentally. so it's really bad when i used to try and go out with people and socialise and stuff- i'd come back with a headache and get a migraine and stuff.
i wonder why it makes us physically tired. conversations are so hard.
the things i've used to get me through them as i was growing up aren't very good either i don't think - they make me look more self-centred, which i've only just realised now. because i found that, if someone says about what they did at the weekend or something they like, the best thing to do is for me to think of some way i am connected to the same thing, like if i've been there before or had a similar experience, and tell them about that. because that's the only way i know of to keep the conversation going. but i've only realised over the last few months, that that makes it look like i'm not interested in them, and only interested in myself. i do it online as well, even though i'm better at communicating online. hell i am even doing it now :laugh:

Butch Willis and the Rocks was one of my fave local bands when I lived on N. American East Coast. I interviewed him and his "throat guitarist" Al Breon 2 decades ago. Very cool guys. Cable can be a bit of a mixed bag really depending on usage in your area. Sometimes the same can be said for some ADSL suppliers who don't have enough back haul to meet demand at the exchange. Personally I haven't had that problem with Primus. You do hear of it with Optus and internode I think.
