Basically, you have to ban the person above you and it could be for any reason, even if it is a bizarre reason and why?

I could ban myself but it would not be so fun, if I could it would be because I ate all the cookies in the cookie jar.

I don't even remember these experiments, but it does sound like the sort of thing I'd do.
