Here are a few photos to bore you all of the house I am working this wee. Nice place on a bluff overlooking Long Island Sound about 50 feet up from the water

(Don't mind me. If there were blueprints posted online for some crazy reason, I'd be obsessing over them too.)

I wonder that, too. That is one big house.

I will take a couple photos tomorrow. The master bedroom is the one in the front on the second floor it has it's own giant bathroom, fire place and sitting room. The top floor is one big room save a utility closet. Another fire place in the living room that's open on two sides. All the ceilings are at least 9 feet high in one area it's 20. Iron wood decks and a coppola with rain sensitive motorized windows and a large weather vane on top. Lot of money in unclogging drains I guess the guy own some drain cleaning service

That's the way it usually looks around here fairly flat Long Island Sound is connected to the Atlantic but is mostly sheltered by Long Island so no big waves
