The US patent laws are fucked up. Why doesn't anyone include a reality check along the way?

Get ready for the patent  trolling letters   :zombiefuck:  I read this one about patten on drying out houses under construction by putting fans, heaters and dehumidifiers in them Link (http://legalnewsline.com/news/248920-company-patents-drying-process-deemed-a-troll-by-national-home-builders-group)  You would think they wouldn't let them do this with common practices but the process is run by lawyers who make money on legal battles which this is sure to cause.
